Jadal for Knowledge and Culture in collaboration with the cooking and travel enthusiast chef Berry, are happy to invite you to a Vegetarian Vietnamese Cooking Workshop. Join us to learn how to cook a spectacular menu of:

- Vietnamese Spring rolls 
- Shaking Tofu: tofu marinated and fried in the special Vietnamese style 
- Baby bok choy stir fry with lots of other vegetables in combination with fried noodles 
- Fried rice

After the workshop, we will share and enjoy the food together in a nice atmosphere in Jadal’s yard.

Date: Saturday, 19th of May, 5:00 - 8:00 pm
Cost: 20 JD (Includes workshop fees, dinner and one cup of coffee/tea afterwards!)
