Jadal for Knowledge and Culture in collaboration with the cooking and travelling enthusiast chef Berry, are happy to invite you to an Italian Vegan Cooking Workshop. Join us to learn how to cook a spectacular menu of:
- Italian lentil soup
- Various vegan Spaghetti sauces: Basil sauce (similar to pesto sauce), Spinach sauce, Tomato sauce, and Mushrooms sauce.
- A tasteful salad with different ingredients including dried tomatoes, peas, olives & avocado!
After the workshop, we will share and enjoy the food together in a nice atmosphere in Jadal’s yard.
Date: Saturday, 21st of April, 5:00 - 8:00 pm
Cost: 20 JD (Includes workshop fees, dinner and one cup of coffee/tea afterwards!)
